The house has a fine situation in the Montcalm district, a residential and very safe area. The Plains of Abraham (Battlefields Park), the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec and the des Braves Park are situated in walking distance from the house. A walk in the Bois-de-Coulonge Park and a visit to the Villa Bagatelle, will allow you to discover the many charms of Québec. Furthermore, the Montcalm district offers a wide variety of services such as fine dining, trendy bistros and indoor markets.

From Highway 20: cross Pierre-Laporte bridge, take Laurier Boulevard exit, straight ahead towards downtown for 6 km, turn left on Belvédère Avenue. Please note that Laurier Boulevard becomes chemin Saint-Louis on the way towards Belvédère Avenue.

From Highway 40: Direction 440 Est Québec, straight ahead on Autoroute Charest Est until you see the sign 440 FIN Ave St-Sacrement Sud, turn right on Saint-Sacrement Avenue (uphill), turn left at the first lights on Sainte-Foy Road and right (a little less than 1 km or ten streets) on Belvédère Avenue. Since Belvédère Avenue does not have a street sign check for Calixa-Lavallée Avenue which is the street before Belvédère.
